Allows our clients to take advantage of the fiscal deposit Regime of storing goods coming from abroad that have not covered their import taxes for commercialization in the country, postponing the payment of those contributions partially.
ALSUR is authorized by the General Administration of Customs for the operation of this customs regime and we have the hallmark of General Storehouse Warehouse, Certified since 2005.

We have the right infrastructure to perform customs procedures electronically ensuring the information and integrity of our customers as we have the authorization of pre-validator of customs declaration before the AGA (General Administration of Customs), and PECA service (Centralized Electronic Payment of Customs).

Nacional/Fiscal Enabling Services

Financing


Inventory Financing is a product that allows you to access working capital using your inventory as collateral for a loan. In this way, the stored inventory is transformed into a cash flow generator by making "capital" available to your company. This finances the working capital to the producers, supports the liquidity and commercialization on their merchandise or goods (Underlying) covered with Certificates of Deposit (CD) and Pledge Bonds (BP), issued by a General Deposit Warehouse (AGD).

Offer a loan for your company to acquire raw material or have enough time to market your products and be more productive. Payment terms: Capital and interest up to 180 days with the possibility of renewal for equal periods. Without fixed deadlines; You can pay as you market your merchandise, in addition to not compromising your fixed assets.

Authorized Verification Unit


The commercial information that consumer products must present in Mexico, whether imported or national, is required to keep with the specific regulations determined by the Norms General Direction (Dirección General de Normas – DGN) to verify the compliance with the Mexican Official Norms of Commercial Information.
